Tofu hummus.


  • 150 gr. firm tofu
  • 1 table spoon olive oil
  • 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 1 tbsp vegetable milk
  • 1 tea spoon salt
  • 1 tea spoon sugar


  1. Break the tofu in a jar
  2. Add the other ingredients
  3. Mix with an immersion blender
  4. Store in a fridge. It seems to hold well for a week.

Goes very well with crackers, roasted bread and other ways you would ead chees spread or real hummus.
